The Mostecká 21 residence represents a unique opportunity to own an apartment in the historical center of Prague. Just a few meters from Charles Bridge and Malostranské náměstí, we offer dozens of apartments that clients can complete according to their wishes.
The residence Mostecká 21 is located in the heart of Malá Strana, directly on the route of the Royal way, a path that almost all the upcoming czech kings rode on their way to coronation. Despite the busy surroundings, the apartments in Mostecká Street No. 21 also offer enough peace and privacy. That is thanks to the grouping around a central courtyard. Residents of the apartments may enjoy unprecedented views of the historic center of Prague, which remain hidden to tourists.
The origin of Mostecká Street, where the residence is located, dates back to the tenth century. The residence stands in the place of two Gothic houses, which were built after a devastating fire in Malá Strana in the second half of the 15th century. In the rear of the tract, the remnants of the walls from the 13th century are visible. That is why the house is also known as U Hradeb. Its construction began in 1930, but it was suspended due to problems with foundations in 1936. After several delays, construction has been completed in 1964 with the use of then latest technology. Now the object is being renovated.
There are 55 residential units in the Mostecká 21 residence. Residence consists of four buildings grouped around a central courtyard. The six-storey street building offers 32 apartments and offers unique views of Prague Castle, the Cathedral of St. Nicholas and the upper floors even to Petřín.
